1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Ubaje platform and all its services. By visiting the Ubaje website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

Ubaje reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on Ubaje, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds held.

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

• Provide your correct name, address, phone number, and email address at the time of registration.
• A national ID card or other valid document may be required for verification.
• Members of the same household may open separate accounts; however, multiple accounts accessed from the same device or network may be flagged as suspicious.

3Age Verification & Underage Restrictions

Ubaje is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Account registration and use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing Ubaje. Please contact our support team if you need assistance with this.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

To make a deposit on Ubaje, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

• Deposit amounts are credited to your account instantly.
• Ubaje reserves the right to verify any transaction it deems suspicious.
• Ubaje is actively committed to preventing money laundering.

5Withdrawal Policy & Process

Account verification must be completed before withdrawing funds from Ubaje. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be temporarily placed on hold.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. However, verification checks or unusually large amounts may take longer.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will be held until the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met.
• A daily maximum withdrawal limit applies — contact support for details.
• A pending withdrawal request may be cancelled before it is processed.

6Betting Rules & Conditions

Before placing bets on Ubaje, you should read the rules for each market. Different rules may apply for cricket, football, and other sports.

Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with Ubaje's betting policy.

• Bets placed at previous odds remain valid if the odds change.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Ubaje reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is more than 50% complete, the result is generally considered valid.
• Ubaje is not liable for bets missed due to internet connectivity issues during live betting.
• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it is removed and the remaining selections are settled as normal.

7Bonus & Promotion Terms

Each bonus and promotion on Ubaje comes with its own specific terms. It is your responsibility to read those terms before accepting any bonus.

The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit. Any attempt to claim the bonus again by opening a new account under the same identity will result in both accounts being suspended.

• Winnings from bonus funds are transferred to your real balance after the wagering requirement is met.
• In any bonus-related dispute, Ubaje's decision is final.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed retroactively if a promo code was not applied at the time.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Ubaje platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using another person's account or transferring your account to a third party.
• Spreading false information about Ubaje.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Ubaje reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice. Any legitimate balance will be returned.

Users may also close their own account by contacting the support team. All pending bets must be settled before the account closure is processed.

• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any bonus funds will not be refunded.
• Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened.
• Your account will be inaccessible during the self-exclusion period.

10Responsible Gaming & Support

Ubaje believes betting should be an enjoyable activity and should never become a source of financial stress. That's why we offer a range of protective tools to help our users stay in control.

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
